Got CountryGrip, one of the fastest American Paint Horses in the world, won the Speedhorse Sprint Derby July 28 at Fair Meadows racetrack in Tulsa, Okla. Racing fans watched the 3-year-old Paint win by three-fourths of a length. The Oklahoma-bred covered the 350 yards in 17.74 seconds into a head wind. Got Country Grip won for the 12th straight time.
