APHA endorses American Horse Council’s National Welfare Code of Practice

FORT WORTH, TEXAS—The American Paint Horse Association (APHA) recently became the latest equine association to endorse the American Horse Council’s National Welfare Code of Practice. Proposed rules on organic dairy farming elicit mixed reaction

Rules proposed by the National Organic Standards Board requiring organic dairies to limit the number of cows and graze them on larger pastures over a longer time period is getting a mixed reaction from the industry.
