WILD HORSE ADVOCATES ALLEGE POOR CONDITIONS AT BLM HOLDING FACILITY

A report recently released by the Cloud Foundation, a Colorado-based wild horse advocacy group, alleges that the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) Salt Lake Regional Wild Horse and Burro Center holding facility in Herriman, Utah, is housing mustangs in unsanitary conditions.
