Many U.S. senators have pledged not to use Web tracking technology on their official home pages. But at least 23 do anyway, a CNET News.com investigation has found.

The following table includes a list of all the members of Congress, and the legislative committees, that employ tracking cookies. Such usage is banned for executive branch agencies but permitted for the legislative branch.
