“REPORTING LIVE¼”

America’s Horse, July 18, 2008 – The American Quarter Horse Youth Association was in search of two QJs to produce fun, whimsical online videos that update people on what’s happening at the 2008 Ford AQHYA World Championship Show.

You voted and the results are in! AQHA announces the 2008 Ford Youth World Show QJs – Trish O’Connor of Rainy River, Ontario, and Melissa Jesurun of Boerne, Texas.

Trish and Melissa will report on what’s happening at the Ford Youth World Show, August 1-9. They will go behind the scenes to meet exhibitors and families, providing a fun and unique perspective on the event. In addition to providing video updates on YouTube and on the Ford Youth World Web site, aqha.com, QJs also will make appearances on Oklahoma City radio stations to promote the show.

The QJs are sponsored by Oklahoma State Fair Park and will receive an all-expense-paid trip to Oklahoma City.

Congratulations to the top five finalists of the 2008 QJ auditions. All the videos that were submitted to this year’s contest were very impressive! AQHA would like to thank all who participated. Watch for more contests throughout the year and in 2009!
