America’s Horse, August 14, 2008 – The American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum launched the full online catalog for “America’s Horse in Art…the Horse that Settled the West” August 14 at 9 a.m. CST. The catalog features all works from each of the 25 artists, including dimensions and pricing. To view, visitwww.aqhhalloffame.com.
Included in the catalog are various types of paintings, bronzes and sketches that can be purchased in person or online. To purchase online, please call (806) 376-5181 or e-mailartshow@aqha.com. Online sales begin August 15, but purchased artwork will remain on exhibit in the Scharbauer Gallery of the Hall of Fame through November 14.
Most of the pieces were created specifically for this event and have never before been seen by the public. All art will be for sale on a first-come, first-served basis. Sale prices will range from $1,000 to more than $25,000 and will offer something for casual enthusiasts to avid collectors of rare and unique western art.
