AQHA Materials Available for Everyone!

Access American Quarter Horse Association promotional and educational materials from your home computer

Amarillo, Texas, July 28, 2006 – The American Quarter Horse Association is pleased to offer another benefit to aqha.com/ visitors. Thirty-four promotional and educational materials are now available for download, free of charge. AQHA’s popular color and markings reference chart, conformation chart, anatomy chart and color coat genetics chart are among the available downloads. This /aqha.com/ service is perfect for 4-H leaders, teachers, horse trainers, students and anyone else who’d like to quickly access and share AQHA’s educational materials.

“The Association’s material is routinely sought by people from across the globe,” said AQHA Executive Vice President Bill Brewer. “Putting our material on the Web makes it accessible to more people, and because AQHA’s booth cannot be at every event, the Web was a perfect solution to get material into people’s hands. This effort also will save AQHA money on printing and shipping costs because customers can simply access, download and print from their computer.”

Access the reference and promotional materials by visiting aqha.com/association/download . Each Adobe PDF-format file may be printed from a personal printer. If you experience problems opening the files, please download the latest Acrobat Reader from /adobe.com .

Users also may save the files to a CD and order prints from a local FedEx Kinko’s.

In addition to the promotional and reference materials, every form produced by AQHA to complete business transactions is available on the Association’s Web site. To access and download forms, simply visit AQHA’s homepage and select the “Forms” option on the left-hand navigation bar.

For more information about AQHA reference materials or for assistance in downloading the files, call (806) 376-4888.
