AQHA Releases New Your Horses Health DVD Collection

Learn how to keep your horse healthy

September 12, 2006, Amarillo, Texas– The American Quarter Horse Association released its newest educational DVD, “Your Horse’s Health I,” which explores many conditions, ailments, diseases and health-related topics. This is the first in a three-DVD collection.

Learn from expert veterinarians on ways to ensure your American Quarter Horses are healthy horses. Topics include colic, laminitis and ulcers along with in-depth discussion of diseases such as equine protozoal myeloencephalitis (EPM), West Nile virus and vesicular stomatitis. Diagnostic tests including computed tomography, sometimes called CAT scans, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) also are explained.

AQHA members can purchase this educational DVD for a discount – $9.95 plus shipping and handling – while non-AQHA members just pay $14.95 plus shipping and handling.

Customers who preorder the second and third DVDs of “Your Horse’s Health” due in November and December receive a discount on the complete set. “Your Horse’s Health I” will be shipped immediately, then in November “Your Horse’s Health II” will be shipped and in December “Your Horse’s Health III” will arrive.
