Congratulations to the 2006 Bill Verdugo International Internship Program Recipients

Amarillo, Texas, May 5, 2006 — The American Quarter Horse Foundation is proud to announce the 2006 recipients of the Bill Verdugo International Internship Program. Three deserving people will apprentice this summer with AQHA Professional Horsemen for the experience of a lifetime.
Congratulations to:

•     Roni Slavin of Israel, who will intern with Lynn Palm in Bessemer, Michigan
•     Edina Csanyi of Hungary, who will intern with Carole Poche in Saskatchewan,     Canada
•     Sofia Sjoberg of Sweden, who will intern with Pete Kyle in Whitesboro, Texas

The Foundation thanks the generous AQHA Professional Horsemen who give of their time to host eager international students who are passionate for learning more about American Quarter Horses.
