Entries Open for AQHA’s Marketing and Media Awards Contest

 

Amarillo, Texas, April 26, 2006 – The American Quarter Horse Association is now accepting entries for its annual Marketing and Media Awards. All entries for the contest are due by June 30.

 

Find your best work published in 2005 and enter it for the chance to be recognized as a media professional who promotes the American Quarter Horse. Entries can be submitted in various categories including print media, affiliate communications, photography or illustration, multimedia, campaigns and Internet. The purpose of AQHA’s Marketing and Media Awards is to recognize people and organizations that help market and promote the American Quarter Horse and related activities. The goal of this program is to cultivate a positive public image of the American Quarter Horse and the Association.

 

All entries for the contest must be published between January 1, 2005, and December 31, 2005. Judging will be held this summer. 

 

Category winners receive a specially designed Lisa Perry Bronze featuring a Steel Dust-type American Quarter Horse.
