Equine herpesvirus has been on the minds of many horse people over the past few years. Outbreaks have popped up all over the United States, from Ohio to California and Florida to Connecticut, proving it is a significant and widespread problem. Perhaps the most alarming development is the number of outbreaks of equine herpesvirus-1 (EHV-1) manifesting neurological signs.
