Latricia Duke Guest on Winning Runs

Latricia Duke and J.O. Duke from Merkel, Texas own Duke Barrel Horses and the horseshoe brand with the D on the left hip are becoming regularly associated with champion barrel horses.

Latricia has trained some of the most recognizable names in the futurity and rodeo world such as Bubba Hempen, Sugs Calico Dreamer, Firewaterontherocks, Sign of Passion, Silks Easy Dash, VF The Rock Crusher, Mr. I Shine First, Yeah Hes Firen.  Latricia has great personal qualities in that she is easy to approach for help, and has a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed videoing and learning from J.O. and her.  She is a great horsewoman, and she has our admiration from WinningRuns.com.

This video she help us put together discusses how to select confirmation over pedigree, and she shows us some of the training techniques that has helped her win:  APHA World Championship, Back to Back San Antonio Futurity Championships, Cowboy Times Futurity Championship, Delta Downs Futurity Championship, BFA Juvenile Futurity Reserve Championship, Top Hours in the Pro Tour $100,000 and in the Champion of Champions $100,000, WPRA Futurity Reserve Championship, Back to Back Old Fort Days Consolation Championship.
