Nutrena Extends Agreement with AQHA for Five Years, Adds to Sponsorship

America’s Horse, July 25, 2007 – The American Quarter Horse Association is pleased to announce its continued partnership with Nutrena as the official equine feed of AQHA. A corporate partner since 2000, Nutrena will extend its contract with the Association for five years. In addition, Nutrena is named AQHA’s official supplier of feed and supplements for both livestock and pets.

“Nutrena has enhanced our programs immensely since joining our team of corporate partners in 2000,” said AQHA Executive Vice President Bill Brewer. “We are thrilled about the renewal of the contract and look forward to continuing our partnership with this quality brand.”

Nutrena is part of the sponsorship team for the Bayer Select and AQHA World Championship shows, supplying cash for awards and 100 lbs. of feed to each world champion. Additionally, Nutrena sponsors the Ford AQHYA World Show and the Champion Breeder Award of the Bank of America ®  Racing Challenge.

Nutrena will co-sponsor AQHA Regional Experiences and serve as the title sponsor of the Nutrena Test Rides at each Regional Experience. The company also will provide five tons of feed for the 2008 and 2010 Youth World Cups.
