Race legend John Henry dies at 32

Father Time finally beat John Henry.

The 32-year-old gelding, who went from claimer to acclaimed as a two-time Horse of the Year and equine folk hero, died yesterday at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, his home for the past 22 years.
