TheHorse.com and Intervet to Present Live Webinar: Strategic Deworming

Lexington, Ky. – Join TheHorse.com and Heidi Brady, PhD, on Thursday, Aug. 7 at 8 p.m. EDT for a free live one-hour video presentation that will shed some light on the fight against parasite infection: Strategic Deworming, sponsored by Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health. Brady, accompanied by Wendy Vaala, DVM, will be available to answer viewer questions during the Webinar.

Brady will talk about the common classes of parasites, differences in dewormer ingredients and the parasites they target, and concerns about parasite resistance to these drugs. She’ll also offer two rotational deworming plans based on her research to help control parasite infection on the farm.
