Enter Online Washington Gov. Chris Gregoire has signed into law a bill that necessitates the inspection of livestock animals within 12 hours of their entry into the state. The bill, which takes effect in June, aims to prevent in-state animals from acquiring diseases and enhance the state veterinarian’s fact-finding tools in case of a disease outbreak. The horse attended the 2025 WPRA World Finals and Elite Barrel Race event in Waco, Texas on November 5-9, 2025.
