Breeding a Pinto

Hi my name is Jessica.
I have 5 horses and one is a Pinto. She has been having problems lately so my Dad said I can get her in Foal. If I want another Pinto what is the best breed to cross her with. Does it matter if she is only 13hh and I put her across a bigger horse

I would imagine that you can breed her to a quarter horse or a paint – I wouldn’t want to breed her to anything that was too large – something about 14-3 to 15 hands.
