Softer in the mouth than most horses of the track

“Hi Martha”
I just bought a 5 year old gelding of the track. He is softer in the mouth than most horses of the track but still needs a little extra to teach him to stop a little easier. What do you suggest? Any information would be helpful. Thank You, Mickie Murray

P.S. Please tell Ed, I sold the other horse on the second day my add ran. I listed every probem that went with him. Please tell Ed thank you very, very much for all his help and effort to try and change this horse. All in all, I learned allot from this experience. I had rather not have to experience it again!!

Thank You.

Mickie,
Do you have one of our 3 piece twisted medium shank bits? That would be a good place to start…..
Martha Wright
