House Bans Gas Chambers To Euthanize Pets

The Georgia House voted 115 to 46 in favor of a bill that would prohibit the use of gas chambers to euthanize pets at animal shelters in the state. Under the bill, the animals would be euthanized with lethal injections only. WXIA-TV (Atlanta)/The Associated Press
