Hello to everyone: This newsletter is full of wonderful events that happen to NBHA Texas 19: Our buckle series was a great success. We had a total of 356 entries. Had lots in the youth and senior so this helped our series out a great deal. Who would have thought that when we started the senior class 2 ½ years ago that it would be a large as our youth class. This is great. And now we started a Peewee class for the 6 & under so maybe that will grow as well as the senior class. We are looking forward to seeing it grow and watch the peewee is just wonderful, who know who will become the world champion someday, maybe one of our peewee will and we can remember when they were little. Buckle winners; Youth 1-D Brittany Payne, 2-D Celie Carney,3-D Stephanie Blackwood, this is Celie and Stephanie 1st buckle so congratulations to them. We are proud of our youth.!!!!!!
Senior Class winners: 1-D Bonnie Ray, 2-D Laura Schumann,3-D Becky Yeary. I wish everyone could have seen Laura face when I gave her the buckle in Waco at the state show. Till then she did not know that she won the buckle. She was so excited
Open buckle winner: 1-D Brittany Payne 2-D Sharon VanHooser,3-D Beverly Phillips, 4-D Brynn Denny. Congratulations to all of our Winners.
State Finals News: NBHA Texas 19 was there in great form. 40 in Open, 17 in Youth and 8 in Seniors. Now for the exciting news, as you know state gave 12 saddles, Texas 19 brought home 4 Champion saddle and 4 Reserve champion awards. Rivon Nelson won the Open1-D Champion and Kelly Allen was the Reserve Champion. Open 2-D Kory Allen won Reserve Champion. Kelly Allen won 2-D Youth Champion. Desirae Gibbs won Youth 2-D Reserve Champion. Heidi Ruberg won Youth 3-D Reserve Champion. Helen Clements won Senior 3-D Champion. I hope that I seen all of our money winners on the list please forgive me if I missed your name. Rivon Nelson, Kathey Lewis, Haley Thorne, Kory Allen, Kelly Allen, Laura Schumann, Lauren Little, Desirae Gibbs, Heidi Ruberg, Helen Clements, Texas 19 is so proud of all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
