Glad he is still pooping! Do you have ice there? I woke up this morning and have sheets of ice all over the ground and the horses are standing on it trying to eat my potted plants on the porch. Of course normally I would chase them off but when I opened the door and Twister jumped a little, she also slid a little and I don't won't her sliding down and getting hurt so guess I will be buying new plants come spring and after we get the pasture cross fenced so they can't come up around the house. Have you been able to get any naps in Laura? I know how tired you are but keep the faith as Levi will be coming around soon and be back to his normal self with you by his side!

I am not thinking too good right now guys--not real naps just catnapped last night alittle. I counted 18 hours sleep from last thursday to monday morning. Last nite maybe 2 hours??  There will be no telling what I will say today. Someone asked levi's age. That number is 17. Yep guess I can consider that a lucky thing now since 7's are my number and any other number may not be as lucky for us as last night.
He pooped again at 8:05am. I have gotten a total of 11-12 bowel movements out of him now. He wouldn't go all weekend nor during the time I left him til I came yesterday and stayed with him. I'm waiting for a check from the vet right now and ill tell you what progress we made. I think the pooping is MAJOR progress and I tend to think the impaction should be significantly reduced this morning. Anyway--im going outside to check ice. And step in my trailer and find my toothbrush. Let yall know something here in a bit.

Laura I am so glad that he is pooping!!! I wish I was closer as I would be out there helping you walk with Levi and keeping you company. I have walked many of horses all nite long and it can be sooo tuff at times to stay awake.  Keep it up your doing good! It is working!!

Thanks everyone for all your prayers.  She was waiting for the results of the blood work but she feels that in a couple of days he can go home.  Yah!  God is good........She said that they are downhill now.  Everyone at the clinic is amazed that he is still standing and did not have colic surgery.  Laura did an excellent job with him during the night.  She has some things that she has to get done today so she will be on and off here. 

Yah!  LEVI gets to come home soon!!!! /\\ /\\

 IT'S SO OBVIOUS THAT LAURA AND LEVI ARE A TEAM. AND VERY VERY SPECIAL TO ONE ANOTHER.. KEEP PRAYING FOR THE SPEEDY RECOVERY AND THE TRIP HOME TO HIS STALL/PASTURE.
