forgot to say....physically i'm fine...mentally---ok.
Cait brought home take out yesterday and i told her to go eat in her room.... :ROFL2: :ROFL2:

I am not swaying...I am gonna be a lean mean (sorry!) butt kickin machine.  I am gonna get at
my fightin weight, and I am gonna lose this extra weight.  I AM.  I am soooooooooooo determined
and its already coming off.  I am sure I will hit a plateau this month, but that means I need to sweat
more.  I can never do a diet "with" anyone....just has to be when I'm ready....but I want to be very
fit by summer, so I don't deal with the heat again as last year so poorly---I have too much to do to
be sick.  I think I will be fine.  You guys need to continuely remind me to be DETERMINED...and work!

ok....here's the pic I took and sent deb....and a few others.  Granted i only have been keeping track for 2 weeks....Deb says I've lost more than that, but I didn't keep track very well.  So I say 7---u decide.

you keep that up and you will be like me and your pants will be falling off laura, this b/p thing is got me in a frenzy , i lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks didnt need to lose it but its harder for me to get it back than loose it..

Jamie sez ya u can easily tell...told me to go get the sweatshirt off and take pic...and quit wearin them big tshirts!! lol...
